Groomers Helper® Return and Refund Policy

North America Return Policy

For products returned within 30 days of receipt, we offer a full refund, minus shipping and handling costs.

For products returned between 31 and 60 days of receipt, there is a 15% restocking fee.

If a returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, Groomers Helper® reserves the right to deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value of the goods from your refund. The following deduction scale applies:

  • 25% — Minor signs of use or handling beyond inspection
  • 50% — Moderate use, including visible wear, residue, or partial use of consumable components
  • 100% — Heavily used items, including tools used on animals, items with hygiene concerns, or products that cannot be resold

Returns will be credited upon approval of the returned merchandise, subject to any applicable deductions for diminished value as described above.

EU Return Policy

For products returned within 14 days of delivery of the last item on the order, we offer a full refund of the product cost. This return window is extended over weekends and public holidays.

For products returned between 15 and 30 days of receipt, there is a 15% restocking fee. For products returned between 31 and 60 days of receipt, there is a 25% restocking fee.

Standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded in full for orders cancelled prior to fulfillment. EU customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery of the last item on the order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please submit a return request through our store using the returns link in your order confirmation or account page, or visit your account at https://shopify.com/72884682786/account. If you checked out using a phone number only, please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation.

Refunds will be issued upon approval of the returned merchandise. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

EU Conformity of Goods

If a product you receive does not conform to its description or is defective, EU customers are entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, or refund. These rights apply for a minimum of two years from the date of delivery and are in addition to our voluntary return policy above.

Australia and New Zealand

The North America return windows and terms above apply to orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand, in addition to, and without limiting, any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Cancellation Policy

For orders cancelled prior to fulfillment, we offer a full cancellation at no charge.

Cancellations will be processed upon confirmation that the item has not yet been fulfilled.

Payments Made with USDC (Cryptocurrency)

Orders paid using USD Coin (USDC) are subject to the following additional terms:

No Payment Disputes: USDC transactions cannot be disputed through a bank, card network, or payment processor. All refund and return requests for USDC-paid orders must be submitted directly to Groomers Helper® in accordance with this policy.

Cashback and Refund Cap: Shopify may distribute USDC cashback to eligible customers approximately 30 days after purchase. If cashback has already been distributed at the time a refund is requested, the maximum refund amount will be reduced by the cashback amount received. This applies regardless of the reason for return and across all regions, including returns made under EU statutory rights or Australian/New Zealand consumer guarantees.

Extended Return Windows: Customers exercising return rights beyond 30 days of purchase, including those under the EU Conformity of Goods remedy (up to 2 years) or the 31–60 day restocking-fee window available in North America and AU/NZ, should be aware that any USDC cashback already distributed will be deducted from the refund total. Groomers Helper® is not responsible for cashback amounts distributed prior to a return request.
