Payment Terms
Payment options include Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, & Discover), Bank Debit Card, PayPal, and other digital payment methods.
Damaged Merchandise
If damage occurs during shipping, have the box and merchandise inspected by the delivery carrier and contact Groomers Helper® immediately. Please save the original shipping package with the merchandise.
Shippers We Use
We strive to ship using your preferred service but reserve the right to use another carrier if it ensures quicker delivery or is more practical.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, delays may occur due to carrier conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. If your order is delayed or there is a change to your shipment, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery to Foreign Countries
We ship to select countries across North America, the Caribbean, Europe, the Nordics, Oceania, South Africa, Southeast Asia, and South Atlantic territories. A full list of supported destinations is available at checkout.
Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless duties are collected at checkout.
- If duties are collected at checkout (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid): The price you pay at checkout includes applicable duties and taxes. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
- If duties are not collected at checkout (DAP — Delivered At Place): Duties and taxes are not included in your order total and will be assessed by your local customs authority upon delivery. Please check with your local government for applicable rates.
Please note that duties and import taxes are typically non-refundable, even if an order is returned.

EU and EEA Customers
For customers in the European Union and European Economic Area, estimated delivery times are disclosed before purchase at checkout. If there is a delay or change to your order after it has been placed, we will communicate this to you promptly. Import or customs charges applicable to your order will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
EU and EEA customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal. For orders cancelled prior to fulfillment, standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded in full.
