Limited Lifetime Warranty
Groomers Helper®, as the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of the Groomers Helper® Classic Safety and Positioning System Clamp, offers the following Limited Lifetime Warranty for the metal safety clamp, along with limited free replacements of wearable parts, including the knob and tip, sliding pin, and swivel-eye bolt snap.
Warranty Conditions
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase. If you are not the original purchaser, please contact us to discuss available options.
While the metal safety clamp is covered under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, all fabric components are subject to normal wear and tear and are not covered beyond initial manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage
Groomers Helper®'s obligations under this Limited Warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, the metal safety clamp; and limited free replacements of wearable parts (knob and tip, sliding pin, and swivel-eye bolt snap) found to have a defect in material or workmanship. Fabric parts are excluded from coverage beyond initial manufacturing defects.
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply if:
- The product has been damaged due to negligence, accident, mishandling, flood, fire, or other acts of God.
- The product has not been operated according to its operating instructions.
- The product has been altered or repaired by anyone outside of Groomers Helper®.
- Adaptations or accessories have been made or attached to the product that adversely affect its performance, safety, or reliability.
- The damage results from normal wear and tear of fabric components.
- The warranty covers only the original purchaser with proof of purchase; if you are not the original purchaser, please contact us for available options.
