Payment Terms
Payment options may include Credit Card, Bank Debit Card, PayPal, and other digital payment methods made available at checkout.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
Orders are processed after payment authorization and order review. Fulfillment timing may vary based on product availability, order volume, shipping service availability, fraud review, carrier restrictions, customs requirements, and other operational factors.
Orders cancelled prior to fulfillment are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Damaged Merchandise
If damage occurs during shipping, please save the original shipping package with the merchandise and contact Groomers Helper® as soon as possible. We may request photos of the packaging, product, shipping label, and damage so that we can review the issue and, when applicable, work with the delivery carrier.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any non-excludable consumer rights or remedies that may apply to damaged, defective, or non-conforming goods.
Shippers We Use
We strive to ship using your selected or preferred service when available, but we reserve the right to use another carrier or service if it is necessary, more practical, required for delivery, or reasonably expected to improve delivery reliability.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are displayed at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by carrier conditions, weather, customs processing, address issues, holiday volume, regulatory review, force majeure events, or other factors outside our control.
If your order is delayed or there is a material change to your shipment after your order has been placed, we will communicate with you as soon as reasonably possible using the contact information associated with your order.
Delivery to Foreign Countries
We ship to select countries across North America, the Caribbean, Europe, the Nordics, Oceania, South Africa, Southeast Asia, and South Atlantic territories. A full list of supported destinations is available at checkout.
For international orders, duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other import charges may apply. When these charges are collected at checkout, the order is shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for the applicable charges shown at checkout. When these charges are not collected at checkout, the order may be shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis, and the recipient may be responsible for charges assessed by the destination country, customs authority, carrier, or broker. The duties, taxes, shipping, and import-charge information displayed at checkout governs the order you place.
- DDP - Delivered Duty Paid: If duties, taxes, tariffs, or import charges are collected at checkout, the price you pay at checkout includes the applicable charges collected at checkout. You should not be charged those same collected duties and taxes again upon delivery.
- DAP - Delivered At Place: If duties, taxes, tariffs, or import charges are not collected at checkout, those charges are not included in your order total and may be assessed by your local customs authority, carrier, or broker upon delivery. Please check with your local government or carrier for applicable rates.
Duties, import taxes, tariffs, customs charges, and carrier import fees are typically non-refundable, even if an order is returned, unless otherwise required by applicable law or refunded by the applicable customs authority, carrier, or tax authority.

EU and EEA Customers
For customers in the European Union and European Economic Area, estimated delivery times, available shipping methods, product prices, shipping costs, and applicable import or customs charges collected at checkout are disclosed before purchase at checkout where applicable. If there is a delay or material change to your order after it has been placed, we will communicate this to you promptly using the contact information associated with your order.
EU and EEA customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise required by applicable law or otherwise stated in our Return and Refund Policy. For orders cancelled prior to fulfillment, standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded in full.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any non-excludable rights, remedies, withdrawal rights, conformity-of-goods rights, consumer guarantees, or mandatory consumer protections available under applicable law.
