01 Groomers Helper Arms & Table Clamps
I'd like to introduce you to a complete line of Groomer's Helper table clamps.
We have a three-quarter inch cast clamp and that will replace any three-quarter inch cast
clamps that you have that you need.
It comes with our no-sit feature in the upgrade on the Pro Set for standard tables.
It'll go up to a table that is one inch thick.
If you have a table that's thicker than one inch, we do have a three-quarter inch clamp
that goes up to three and a half inches for those tables with heavy frames around them.
I'd like to introduce you to our one inch table clamps.
They are three bolt clamps.
They will not rock and they will not swivel.
They have swivel heads that will not cut into your tabletop.
They have locking nuts on the bottom so when you get them where you want them, you lock
those nuts and they'll stay in position.
It has a rubber protective cover on the top to protect your table clamp.
It also has a stainless steel core that has a piece of spring steel that will not allow
the arm to fall down and hit you in the head.
Same features we have in our one inch standard clamp, which will fit a table up to inch and
three-quarters, we have in our universal clamp.
Our universal clamp will fit a table up to three and a half inches.
A little note on that, sometimes you need this to get over the frame, but the bolts
are still going up to a one inch table.
We ask that you go ahead and take a piece of two by four, put it underneath the table
to shorten the bolts.
Those instructions are in the box.
Also, some people love their three-quarter inch arms.
They might have flip top arms from another company, but they don't like the table clamp
because it's either a one or a two bolt clamp.
What we have is we have an insert that will go into our one inch clamps and allow you
to use your three-quarter arms with our one inch clamps.
We have two types of arms.
We have a bent arm, which you're familiar with, and then we also have our flip top head,
which is a new product from Groomer's Helper, and it's locking, so you can unlock the flip
top head and bring it around and lock it into position.
This is our flip top three-quarter inch arm.
Again, you can unlock it in that position, bring it around, and lock it in the down position,
so it's easier for carrying it to shows or taking it from one house to another.
That's our three-quarter inch flip top arm.
Then we have our one inch arms.
These are 16 gauge, 48 inches by 17 inches.
These are the strongest arms in the industry, and they are guaranteed for life never to
bend.
You'll never have to buy another grooming arm.
I'd like to introduce you to the Groomer's Helper new one inch stainless steel flip top
arm, and it locks.
It has two buttons here that will allow you to flip the head of the arm over and lock
it into position.
Again, when you bring it around to use it on the table, it locks into position, so it's
not going up.
48 inches by 17 inches, guaranteed for life never to bend.
The new Groomer's Helper flip top one inch stainless steel arm.
By the way, just want to let you know, if you have a professional set or you've purchased
an upgrade, those arms are 24 inches high.
We do have an upgrade to them out of stainless steel to take you another six inches.
This is a 30 inch extension set for your no-sit if you do a lot of very large dogs.
02 Groomers Helper Demo
The groomers helper is like a cross tie for a horse, it's a cross tie for a dog.
And what it does is it reduces the area which he can travel and bite by 90%.
It also pulls the loop away from the trachea.
So you're grooming hands-free, it reduces his footprint on the table, and he'll struggle
with you as a groomer, but he will not struggle with himself.
Over 100,000 dogs a day are groomed on the groomers helper.
There have been over 100 million groomings without an injury to a pet or an injury to
a groomer.
The big box stores are buying them for their groomers now.
It's being taught in most of the grooming schools, and it will give you at least four
to six hours of handling, struggling, and repositioning your dog back a day.
It will pay for itself very, very quickly, and then return you thousands of extra dollars
because you'll be able to groom more dogs with less stress and struggle than you're
actually doing it now.
But this new invention right here, groomers hate raising and lowering their arms.
So what we've invented is called a loop adjuster.
Hang on to the mic, Jay.
Okay, number one, raise your arm all the way up and leave it there, and then instead of
raising and lowering your arm to adjust for the size of your dog, you can raise and lower
your loop.
It's called the loop adjuster, and we have the loop adjuster where you can use your own
loops.
We also have the loops that have the adjuster built in.
So you don't have to have four or five loops depending on the size of your dog?
No, that's very correct, and the people that have the H-frames, they can take their chains
down.
They don't need that anymore.
And one added benefit of the loop adjuster and the loop with the adjuster, it comes with
a panic snap.
The dog can't pull it down, but you can release it very easily.
If the dog should jump off the table and be hanging there and he's a heavy dog, you'll
be able to get him out right away.
That's why it's called a panic snap.
It's been used in the livestock industry forever, but every arm should have a panic snap, whether
it's on a loop adjuster or not.
It just makes it safer for the dog and safer for the groomer.
Well, every dog is different, Jay, but in the litter, they were taught that the pressure
goes on the back of the neck.
So when the dog does go back and feels safe back here by the back of the neck, the groomers
helper is actually pulling the loop away from the trachea.
So it's safer for your trache dogs, and it really works well.
In fact, if you stack your dog by pulling him back into the loop, he usually stays there.
And if he doesn't, we have the no-sit part of the groomers helper that'll help you.
Your groomers helper with your loop, and you just put it under the dog's belly, raise
it up to where he's comfortable, and he actually hammocks into it.
The dogs don't like bars under there.
They don't like to be slung from the grooming arm, but they don't mind this.
If it's a young puppy and he just wants to climb over it, well, this is just your grooming
loop, so we can go ahead and strap it around their belly, and now they can't walk over
it.
And in the groomers helper, nothing ever needs to be tight.
In fact, we frown on you pulling the tightness in.
We want the dog to be comfortable.
The more the dog is comfortable, the better the groomers going to be.
So just put enough restraint on it so you can get the job done, and then loosen everything
else up.
And I'm able to bring the dog's head away from the grooming arm and to me.
And this way, no grooming arm in front, better top knots, better beards.
And one of the other added benefits of this side clamp, too, is we can do losses, shih-tsu,
Scotty, schnauzers, and do their face work with actually not having to hold the beard.
We can hold the head down, scoop eyes, cut brow, do face work without having to hold
the beard.
We have a quick disconnect on the side here to get the dog out very quickly.
And of course, we showed you the panic snap where you can take it off that easy.
One other thing, the groomers helper is guaranteed for life.
Anything ever goes wrong with it, I'll replace it, repair it, no questions asked, and you
get a total money back guarantee.
So you have no risk in trying it.
It'll show you the first day that it works on every single dog.
03 Groomers Helper Dryer Holder
We have many accessories for the Groomer's Helper Professional Set. One of them is a dryer holder,
and it comes unassembled in the box. If you'll notice, there's a slot here and a slot on top.
You put that on, then you go ahead and take your lock washer along with your nut and your Allen
wrench, and you tighten it down. Then it fits on top of either one of your arms, and you want to
make sure it goes all the way down before you go ahead and lock it on. You now have a dryer
holder that'll go up to 48 inches. The way you use the dryer holder, you take the bungee cord off
on each side, and you can either use your force dryer for fluffing if you have a rheostat on the
dryer to dial it down, if you don't take the nozzle off, or you can actually use a hand dryer.
Very, very easy, and again, it is the strongest dryer holder in the industry, and there it is
for fluffing.
04 Groomers Helper Knob & Tip Replacement
One of the great benefits of the Groomer's Helper is that it is made out of solid stainless
steel and it is guaranteed for life.
You'll only ever have to buy it once.
One of the things that you might need to replace is the knob and the tip, and it's a very easy
thing to do.
What you do is we'll send you a new knob and new tip, you go ahead and put it on your arm,
you put the new knob in, and what you're going to do is you're going to place the tip in
between the knob and the grooming arm, and there is a ledge on the bolt of the knob and
there's a ledge inside the tip, so you're going to screw them on together and then that
tip will stay on.
Very very easy to replace the knob and tip.

05 Groomers Helper Loop Adjusters
One of the problems with arms and clamps is that you have to raise and lower your arm
for every dog.
The loop is one size but all the dogs are different.
Now the nut that you use to open up your clamp so that you can raise and lower your arm,
the metal in it is softer than the actual nut that's been welded to the clamp and you
eventually get that knob chewed up.
All us groomers know about that.
We have to call for new knobs.
Well I've got the solution for that and many more problems.
This right here is a panic snap.
It's been in the equine industry for many, many years and along with the panic snap which
I'm loading onto the arm now, I have a piece of webbing attached to it.
So instead of raising and lowering your arm, you now can raise and lower your loop and
keep that arm at one place.
That saves you from having to replace your knobs on your arms.
It's also a lot easier than raising and lowering your arm for every dog.
One of the magic pieces behind this is if a dog should struggle or jump off the table
before you get them on the groomer's helper, you can release them in one second.
This is a safety release.
It's called a panic snap.
The dog can't pull it down but in two seconds you can.
It's already saved hundreds of dogs' lives and every table should have a loop adjuster.
The loop adjuster is the same price as a loop so when you go buy your loop, buy a loop adjuster
with it.
We also have another product and it's called the loop adjuster with a loop built in.
So you have your loop adjuster and you have your grooming loop all in one.
Believe it or not, the loop adjuster and the loop with the adjuster built in are both patented
like our grooming loop and they both stand for safety.
06 Groomers Helper Loop — Long Form
Very proud to have invented the Groomer's Helper and I'm also very proud of
inventing the Groomer's Helper loop that goes with the Groomer's Helper. It is the
only patented safety loop on the market. I'd like to show you the details of the
loop. Number one, the webbing itself is made on a shuttle loom which is much
slower but it actually goes ahead and weaves both ends in a lock stitch
whereas most of the webbing out there today in grooming loops are made on a
needle loom. It's a lot cheaper to run a needle loom but it has a catch cord down
one side and when you clip that catch cord or a dog would bite into it the
whole loop unravels, ours will not. We have a D-ring, heavy-duty D-ring stitched
into the bottom to hold on to the Groomer's Helper. We have the heaviest
duty wiener lock which is a contoured safety release mechanism on the loop. We
also have a stainless steel cam lock where the loop will not come undone at
all. These loops are the strongest loops that you can buy on the market today and
we have them in purple, we have them in black, and we have them in hot pink. Also
we were asked since the 5-eighths loops were a little big on the toy and the
teacups next to make a smaller loop. We do have a 3-eighths inch loop that are
only for toy and teacup dogs under five pounds. I know you groomers like to use
them on your big dogs but they're not rated for your big dogs, just toy and
teacups but we do have them available for you with the cam lock along with the
D-ring and the safety release.
07 Groomers Helper Loop — Short Form
This is the groomer's helper safety loop and it has a cam lock on one side and a quick disconnect on the other.
If you think this dog is a biter you can flip it over his head from behind.
You then can hook the tether up to the loop, spin it around and lock it down to the back of his neck.
Hook him up and draw him into the grooming arm and your hand was never near his muzzle to be bitten.
08 Groomers Helper No-Choke Control Lead
Okay, everybody knows what one of these are.
This is a regular control lead, right?
Ring on one end, put the handle through the other side, slide it down, put it around my
able assistant, Chucky's neck, and when Chucky pulls on it, it chokes him.
Or when I pull on it, it chokes him.
They're being used in kennels, they're being used at salons, they're being used at just
about every place where there are dogs.
And there's no longer any reason to use a choking control lead.
This is the new Groomer's Helper No Choke Control Lead.
No choke because when you adjust it and put it around our, again, faithful assistant's
neck, adjust it exactly where you want it to be and snap down on the cam lock.
It no longer chokes down on the dog.
And just like our safety loop, it's got an emergency release on it in case you need to
get it off quickly.
The Groomer's Helper No Choke Control Lead has won more awards in the last year than
any other item in the grooming industry because it will not choke dogs.
We're trying to get every groomer, every veterinarian, and every kennel in the country to switch
over.
There's no reason to choke dogs anymore.
The new control lead from Groomer's Helper, the No Choke.
09 Groomers Helper PetQuest Sale
Let's go Middle America, everybody's going to PetQuest, and Groomer's Helper is going
to be there with specials on all of our products.
Let's take a look at this.
10 Groomers Helper Professional Set
This is how you unpack and set up your Pro-Set.
Everything that you need is really packed up in this box already, and although the Pro-Set
is the most advanced pet safety and positioning system that's available on the market today,
it really does fit all in one small box like this for you.
So here you have two starter sets along with two loops that go with them, and then you
have the two rubber pieces, one for the nose sit and one for your grooming arm.
These are not what you call, you know, high-tech materials.
These two pieces of rubber are actually just pipe insulation that you could pick up at
Home Depot or Lowe's yourself.
You're going to have two arms.
One has a hook welded onto it and one doesn't.
You're going to have two table clamps that fit your table, and it comes with a mini accessory
set that has a tether repair kit and two loops and a loop adjuster, and it also comes with
a dryer holder.
We're going to show you how to put the dryer holder together later.
So now you have your DVD, and we're going to set up the groomer's helper.
The side clamps are designed to hold the two arms that are on the side, the one with the
hook and one without the hook, and we use this not only for those dogs that you need
to nose sit for, maybe one of those old Goldens, or one of the older dogs that are constantly
squatting down on you, but also if you've got a crazy little puppy on the table, we'll
show you what to do with him too.
Now I'm unpacking the starter sets.
One of the starters goes on your main arm.
Very easily undo the adjustment knob and back, and depending on what size arm you have, it
should fit right onto the arm, round or square, half inch up to inch and a quarter.
There we go.
We have the first starter on.
The second thing you want to do is use your loop adjuster, and it's in your mini accessory
set, and it has what is called a panic snap.
The panic snap opens up, and you load that on to your grooming arm.
Now it's very, very easy to hook your groomer's helper to it.
So you now have what we call a cross-tie that we're going to put the dog in.
The second groomer's helper goes on the two side support arms, and Chuck's going to set
it up in just a second, and you'll see that these barms will adjust both up and down up
to 24 inches.
So you can use it for larger dogs on the table, or if you've got a little guy, you can move
it down a little bit lower.
Okay, and here's your second groomer's helper, and it goes on the arm that has no hook, and
it should go right to the top, and you don't need to turn that harder than to stop it from
sliding.
Our next groomer's helper loop will go on your hook, and that will hook to the groomer's
helper bolt snap itself.
Now just to make things a little bit easier on the belly of those dogs, we give you another
piece of pipe insulation that fits right over the grooming loop that we use for the no-sit. Easy Big Fella!
Okay, what we're going to do, we have to get a grooming loop, and your grooming loop will
go around the dog's neck, and it will hook to your loop adjuster.
Your loop adjuster will pull that up for any size dog.
And then we can go ahead and hook the groomer's helper to the grooming loop.
The back end piece should be where the tuck up is on the dog, and that's basically the
groomer's helper, and that's how to set that up, and Ed's going to show you now how he
can actually take the loop itself in case the dog wants to walk over it.
Just loosen it up.
Loosen that up.
And bring that in.
Now the dog can't go side to side.
So that's how you set up your Pro-Set, and it will work on any size dog.
Thank you very much.
11 Groomers Helper Starter Set
Hi, this is the groomer's helper, and you take it out of the box and put it on the arm.
It goes on very easily on any size arm, round or square.
And this is the groomer's helper's safety loop, and it has a cam lock on one side and
a quick disconnect on the other.
If you think this dog is a biter, you can flip it over his head from behind.
You then can hook the tether up to the loop, spin it around, and lock it down to the back
of his neck, hook him up, and draw him into the grooming arm, and your hand was never
near his muzzle to be bitten.
Now, this dog can't back off the table, jump off the table, fall off the table, or hang
himself.
When he backs up, it puts the pressure on the pressure points, so he goes back where
it's most comfortable.
It pulls the loop away from the trachea, so your trach dogs are safer.
We have three positions on the grooming arm for the groomer's helper.
First position is when the loop and the tether is all in one line, and that's for cutting
nails or just hanging out.
The second position is under his muzzle, so he can't drop his head.
Now, it's very easy to go ahead and de-mat legs and chest, or cut nails and he can't
bite you.
And the third position would be up over his head, so you can very easily muzzle the dog,
get some eye debris out, or get a mat out of his beard.
Now, if he wasn't on the groomer's helper, this dog could go anywhere he wanted to, actually
bite you anywhere he wanted to go, and you're constantly repositioning him, bringing him
back and bringing him back.
But once he's on the groomer's helper, he's calmer because he knows his footprint.
This is your bite radius right here, so you're calmer.
The groomers are going to look better.
You know that on a regular basis that you spend so much of your time chasing a dog around
the table.
That's one of the primary things that the groomer's helper is going to do for you.
If you don't have to chase the dog around the table, you're going to save time, and
we all know that in your business, time means money.
You may be able to do one or two more dogs every single day, and that means that the
groomer's helper can pay for itself in the first week that you own.
With less stress and struggling.

But once he's on the groomer's helper, he's calmer because he knows his footprint.
This is your bite radius right here, so you're calmer.
The groomers are going to look better.

You may be able to do one or two more dogs every single day, and that means that the
groomer's helper can pay for itself in the first week that you own.
With less stress and struggling.
We showed you how to set up the starter set, and it holds the dog's head, which is most
of the problem because once you control the head, you control the whole body.
However, we have another thing called the groomer's helper upgrade, and it comes with
two arms, two clamps, and actually the starter and the upgrade equal the pro set.
Ed, could I see that arm and clamp?
Sure.
One of the arms and clamps that we use for the no sit, I actually keep on my table right
by the front of the dog, and what that does is it allows me to bring the dog's head away
from the grooming arm to me for better top knots and better beards.
Also, I don't have to reposition my dog a thousand times because I can bring him to
me once and he has to stay there.
Another benefit of this side clamp is what we call the tri tie.
Everybody has a problem doing the head and face work on biting shih tzus, and your hand
aches at the end of the day from holding on to the muzzle.
Here you do not have to hold on to the muzzle.
You can hold the back of the dog's head, and that's as far as he can go.
You can scoop eyes, cut brow, and do face work without having to hold the beard.
In order to accommodate groomers, what we've done is we've taken one of the starter sets
out of the pro set, and so you can start with the starter set.
You then can move into the upgrade, which the starter and the upgrade equal the pro.
There is no difference in price.
One of the other benefits of the pro set is that it will equip a two-table shop.
This is how you unpack and set up your pro set.
Everything that you need is really packed up in this box already, and although the pro

Now just to make things a little bit easier on the belly of those dogs, we give you another
piece of pipe insulation that fits right over the grooming loop that we use for the no-sit.
Okay, what we're going to do, we have to get a grooming loop, and your grooming loop will
go around the dog's neck, and it will hook to your loop adjuster.
Your loop adjuster will pull that up for any size dog.
And then we can go ahead and hook the groomer's helper to the grooming loop.

can actually take the loop itself in case the dog wants to walk over it.
Loosen that up, and bring that in.
Now the dog can't go side to side.
So that's how you set up your Pro-Set, and it will work on any size dog.
Thank you very much.
13 Groomers Helper Tether Replacement
One of the benefits of the groomer's helper is being able to replace your tether.
The tether gets old, it gets frayed, sometimes the dog can bite through it, sometimes you
accidentally cut through it, and you don't need to send the groomer's helper back to
the factory in order to replace the tether, you can do it yourself.
This is called the tether repair kit, and it comes complete with a brand new tether
and an allen wrench.
So when you take this apart, it also has the instructions on how to do it, but we're going
to show you how right now.
What you want to do is you want to stick the allen wrench small part into the back of the
groomer's helper as you see here, and we want to break that allen screw loose and take it
all the way out.
And then you do the next allen screw.
Take it all the way out.
Now that we have the allen screws out, we can take the tether out, take the bolt snap
off, and hopefully it will pull all the way through just like that.
So now you have a groomer's helper without a tether, you take your new tether and you
put it through from the back end.
You then make sure that you put your bolt snap on, and you put it in the slot where
your allen screws were.
Now one of the most important things is that you make sure that that tether is all the
way down to the bottom of that second screw.
If it's not, go ahead and take your allen wrench and bring that rope all the way down.
So you can see it in the hole, and once you see it in the hole, you're going to put your
allen screws back.
Make sure the hole for the wrench is facing outward.
That's the first allen screw, and then we have the second allen screw, and we're going
to go ahead and turn them all the way down in until it feels like you can't turn it anymore,
and then you're going to do the second allen screw.
Then you're going to take the short part of your allen wrench, go to the first one, and
you're going to take it around a number of times until it sinks below the surface just
a little bit so you can't feel it with your finger.
You're going to do the same thing with the second allen screw.
Now you have both of them contacting that rope so that rope is not going to come out.
And again, remember, you can screw this and make sure it's below the surface.
If that front one isn't, take it down just a little bit more.
All right, you now have a brand new tether on your groomer's helper.
14 Groomers Helper Upgrade Set
we showed you how to set up the starter set and it holds the dog's head which is
most of the problem because once you control the head you control the whole
body however we have another thing called the groomers helper upgrade and
it comes with two arms two clamps and it actually the starter and the upgrade
equal the pro set and could I see that arm and clamp sure so one of the arms
and clamps that we use for the no sit I actually keep on my table right by the
front of the dog and what that does is it allows me to bring the dog's head
away from the grooming arm to me for better top knots and better beards also
I don't have to reposition my dog a thousand times because I can bring them
to me once and he has to stay there one other benefit of this side clamp is what
we call the try tie everybody has a problem doing the head and face work on
biting shih tzu's and your hand aches at the end of the day from holding on to
the muzzle here you do not have to hold on to the muzzle you can hold the back
of the dog's head and he that's as far as he can go so you can scoop eyes cut
brow and do face work without having to hold the beard so in order to accommodate
groomers what we've done is we've taken one of the starter sets out of the pro
set and so you can start with the starter set you then can move into the
upgrade which the starter and the upgrade equal the pro there is no
difference in price one of the other benefits of the pro set is that it will
equip a two-table shop

16 Pin Replacement
you're going to take your flex it brush and you're going to put your finger
between the pad and the pad holder and pull it out you'll notice that the pins
are a staple the pins that actually bend are the ones on the side so what you
want to do is you want to take a pair of needle nose pliers and grab one of the
pin sets like so you're going to pull a good one out of the center you're gonna
re-bend the one on the side that's bent put it back in the center and put the
good one on the side if you run out of center pins what we're going to do is
we'll send you a pad of pins and you'll have pins for the rest of your life to
replace on your flex it brush
